I have recurrence of hamstring pain behind left knee that came on after doing leg presses at gym. This also happened three years ago too and I could not dislodge it with my TMS approach and it only went away after a long, long period of rest, which made me housebound and a hermit. Every time I challenged the pain the way I broke through tms back pain (successfully) the pain got much worse.
How to know whether to baby it and go the physical therapy route (which failed me before) or try tms? I had an MRI three years ago that showed partial tendon tear and it sure behaved as that was the entire problem, with no "head" involvement. thanks.
