Hy everybody,just wanted to report my TMS status(LOL).I am for about 2 moths with almost no symptoms at all,lets say 95% better then when i started.

What worked for me:

1.Talking to my brain everyday.

2.Doing relaxsation exercises every day(my therapyst gave me that).

3.Going to therapy once evry week

4.faced every problem that i had,but in my head,not thru my body

5.Stoped being afraid off the pain

6.doing daily TMS reminder evry day couple times.

7.Go on with my life like i had no TMS at all.

I wanna thank everybody who gave me support on this forum,dont know where would i be now if i didnt find you guys.

NEVER GIVE UP,BE PATIENT,AND SUCCES WILL BE ON ITS WAY.

I am not cured and i think i will never be because thats the way i am, i am major suppreser(always supresing emotions),but i can do the hard work,never stop,and keep it under control,so i can live mormal life again.

ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU ALL.

Good to hear!!!
I'm in therapy too and we do physical exercise as a way to help with my anxiety and depression symptoms and will be starting relaxation therapy too soon. We are also bit by bit going into some of the issues in my life and I have hopes that will help.

How did you get over the fear of exercise? That is something I am still working on. I seem to have symptoms when I do exercise but I am doing it anyway and telling myself to stop making symptoms because I know I am fine!

Dear Conforming-

Odd as it may sound when I am getting twinges and messages that pain may be coming on, I often get very aggressive and vehement towards those twinges and say things to it like "oh shut up!" or "you can't fool me anymore!" " I don't need you to remind me I have issues..."

You get the picture - try it, it may work for you. It also serves to banish fear and take control of the emotions. It really works for me.

Maybe I just need to get more forceful with it all. It's been a long pattern of shielding myself from pain and injury out of fear but I still have hope I can make changes.
