I'm back. I was doing great. I read all Sarno books and the Brady book. I journaled every day and got a lot of issues out of my system. I'm back at the gym and self talking, yet today I felt emotionally in a great place and an enjoyable morning and was shopping for gifts and feeling great in the head but I started getting achy lower back and now my left back of hip hurts like my right one did for years. The right side of hip never hurts anymore at all. Very weird. I have been feeling emotionally better than ever and pushing through the aches. What gives?
