Did anyone watched "Healing Back Pain/The Mindbody Prescription Video"?

Does it explain the lectures (steps) or just the concept of TMS as in Dr.Sarno's books?

I have loaned out my video so I don't know the title of it but I am assuming there is still only one. The video is his lecture plus a compilation of patients describing their pain, problems, and recoverys. The patients are extremely credible and Dr. Sarno is very reassuring and absolutely terrific. I highly recommend it.
