My symptoms are:

symptoms of interstital cystitis (mainly pain) - frequency only comes with bad flare

burning pain to the right of my coccyx which causes problems sitting
and ache in right buttock

feeling of tension from coccyx to urethra - entrance to bottom contracts

feeling of muscle tension in vagina bladder and rectum

bladder/coccyx problems come together

bladder and rectum has feeling of crawling

when sitting buttocks/ outer vagina goes numb

have mild sciatica sometimes

day to day I notice that when I concentrate on my pelvic muscles I realise that I am not relaxing them, I always wake up well with no pain but things soon develop

going to wee or poo seems to set things off too.

Any help would be appreciated so much

Thanks
Maria

well, I think they're all TMS. I'd just believe the diagnosis, and gradually, in time, these issues will fade as you understand their connection to times in your life that were difficult for you and when emotionally, you got stuck. My pain faded like that (snapping fingers), but my skin issues are tougher to unlock. That said, as I keep addressing them, I make strides in my life by learning how not to stress about issues I used to sterss about. I've become much more relaxed and confident thanks to this thought process, and I'm very confident my skin issues will fade in time as well.
