Anyone who tries Byron Katie on me isn't going to get much of anywhere. I find it utterly unhelpful and also a rather cowardly way of avoiding a conflict.
Shawn I had a feeling you might be stingy with this information...jk would it kill you to briefly outline the points? Good chance I do buy the book, but why not share a little of what you learned?
Yes, Shawn, it is kind of weird how you post these little "teasers" and then don't share the information. It's patronizing, and appears to be an attention getting device on your part.
