Well I woke up today and decided I have had enough of this cr*p. I am going at it 100% with my own recovery and fitness plan. My main problem is the fear I think of losing my life and I have managed to condition myself to 24/7 pain.
Well anyway I have managed to reduce the pain several times today using a few of Fred's techniques. Firstly I started to talk to myself which I was embarrassed about doing before but to my surprise it has worked slightly.
I even then managed to do a digital painting for the first time in over 2 month which I was delighted about. I finally forgot about TMS while doing it!
I think I positive outlook is something I really need to keep up.
