Hi I had a anal fissure repaired the 5 th of may.I also have low back pain. I was coming home from the store in car had real bad spasm that last more the 2 hours.My left pelvis has been in pain too.I have a real bad time trying to sleep at night.What do you do when you are out and about and you have a bad spasm?I also et real bad back pain with it to? I will have pt soon..
