As TMS educated people, what are the "serious" reasons to go conventional.
As far as I know they are tumor findings, infection, bladder bowel control, any others?

"What of those readers who are having neck, shoulder, back or buttock pain and think they may have TMS? A book cannot substitute for a doctor and it is not my intention to diagnose and treat through this book. I consider it unethical and immoral to hold oneself out as a physician through a book or a videocassette. Pain syndromes must always be properly studied to rule out serious disorders such as cancer, tumors, bone disease and many other conditions. If one has persistent pain anywhere, it is imperative to see a doctor so that appropriate examinations and tests can be done."- Healing Back Pain apge 6

thanx shawn for that. I'm hoping my last conventional treatment will be wed when I see the neurosurgeons PA. I like to compile some type of small list that I can discuss w/ her, and rule out "serious" things.
Of course, she may see some things as serious that I wont, like a portrusion or two, or 3 or 4. Thats why I requested some help here. As Sarno states pain syndromes must be properly studied, and at what point do I take the horse by the reigns and shut the door completely on the western medical community and open the door to the psychological completely?

May I inquire as to what your aha moment was? Or did I miss it somewhere on another thread? I'd like to hear about it and am thrilled to know you experienced it. You are most welcome for the encouragement. I would hate for you to do what I did and regret it.
