Hi everyone,
For the past few months, my right shoulder/bicep muscles seem stuck. No matter how I stretch them out and do the TMS concept work I can't get it to free up. It's really pulling badly. I did not injure it or anything. This is the TMS gremlin on some level, I'm sure. I just can't get it to loosen up and it's pulling all the way down to my forearm and wrist. So my whole right arm is in this funk and it's driving me crazy. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Well, you may begin by not taking about your physical symptoms. Concentrating on them and desiring to make them go away will ensure that they will stay with you.

Think about those pyschological issues which may be contributing to your pain such as personality traits, current stressors, or childhood upbringing. Have you thought of any of these things at all or are you continually thinking about pain? The continual obsession with physcial symptoms is a strong indication that your problem is TMS.

Why do you try to "stretch them out"?

Think physical, and you play into the hands of TMS.
