Hi Mindy, I too have leg and back pain, but for me the leg pain has pretty much left me and my back bothers me more. Could it be that I still focus on the pain instead of ignoring it, accepting it as harmless and temporary? I have to tell myself that it will keep coming back as long as it still worries me and takes my mind off of what's going on with me emotionally. This all takes time and practice. What did you do that eliminated the back pain? Keep doing it for the leg and have faith that it will go also. Good luck!
