After first day pounding and pounding of my newly installed punching bag i think i m getting in touch with my anger finally, i m angry on my punching bag, yes i know i shouldnt be , it has done nothing to me in the past unlike some charming fellows who raised me, but i m so angry on it that when i hit it it feels like i hit someone who mistreated me in the past. I m feeling happy that this finally happened, i wondered where was it hiding all along i think i m finally getting to it.

Just wanted to share what i consider first success in my tms battle.

That's great kovsi23! Sounds very helpful to release anger..If I weren't a singer I would be doing alot more screaming in my car, another anger release technique..I am still dealing with some neck issues so punching a bag is something I don't know if my body would respond well to..It sounds like it is working very well for you, good to hear this..:))
