Dear Ensoul,
Dave is right. You are probably experiencing TMS pain moving around. This is a good thing. It indicates you have the Gremlin on the run.
As Winston Churchill said, "The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself." I have experienced on several ocassions, chest pains that I thought were heart attacks. I ran off to my doctor and he put me on tread-mill for stess EKG exams. It turned out there was nothing seriously physicaly wrong with me. They were self induced painic attacks. Thinking that you may be experiencing a heart attack and faciing your iminent demise can create a lot of panic, granted.
So, Ensoul, if you are feeling, that, there is something seriously wrong with you, get it checked out, on the slim chance that it isn't TMS and is something "serious". When my family doctor checked me out and said I was in perfect health I felt very reassured, and went on my merry way. But, my doctor is old fashioned and doesn't view his patients as slot machines.
If you are lucky enough to be near one of the few TMS doctors on the planet, see one of them. If your doc starts wanting to cut you up, get a bunch of second and third opinions before doing anything seriously invasive.
