hi everyone. I went to Sarno's lecture about 4 weeks ago and although my back pain has eased my other symptoms are still there. My equivalents are constipation, anxiety/panic (this has STRONGLY affected my life over the past two years), bad dandruff, chest tightness/pain, and what seems to be psoriasis on my eyelids. I can't attend his group meetings because of my class schedule so I plan on seeing one of his psychologists. My question is whether any of you have worked with his psychologists and what it is like. How long did it take you to banish your sympoms. I would appreciate the feedback. thank you.
