Hi All,
I am in the process of reading sarno's book. I am going to list all the symptoms I have had. I was wondering if any of you could relate, I have been thru 2 MRIs seen Neurologists and thank goodness been fiven a clean bill of health. In addition, if it is TMS how do I clear my system of it? Any kind words would be so appreciated.
Symptoms
Anxiety - Since childhood
Allergies/Sinus - Devloped last year
Dizziness
Inner Ear discomfort
TMJ - Since I was little
Tingling/Burning
Eye pain/sometimes eyes can't focus
Neck and shoulder tension, I feel like I am so tight all the time
Twitching sometimes
IBS
Frequent Urination

NP, you're in the right place. These are all TMS type symptoms. The answers to your questions will no doubt all be found in the reading..
You've found your way here, which is a credit to you. Not many do. Almost all of us get better. I'm sure you will too...

Hi,
If you haven't already, check out the recent thread "list of TMS or equivalents people have overcome." Do a search for it under this title or try the following link:

Several of your symptoms are common among TMS sufferers. This alone should provide you w/some encouragement.
