Your multiple posts may be a symptom of OCD, a TMS equivalent. This was one of the symptoms that the Good Doctor "cured" Howard Stern of. I'm a big fan of Howard's and may consider getting the cable upgrade so I can see him again.
I think Stern had someone on his show who could "asterisk" himself. If you do enough yoga, you probably could perform that asana.
