I am having a return of my old wrist/thumb pain at night, which I know is the TMS sleep monster, i.e. my subconcious getting the better of me. It's starting again, that painful clicking of the wrist tendons and the thumb in pain. I resolved this like a year ago and I've had a ton of stress at work lately. I find myself waking up thinking about the work issues and the pain is there in the wrist/thumb. I know it's the old TMS stuff. I am repudiating, reading, talking myself through it with the 10 reminders, etc. doing all I know how to do to get rid of it but it's not working well this time around. Any suggestions? |
