Well I just came back from the Bahammas and swam with Dolphins. I remember when i went there last August I was in alot of pain after I swam. This time I swam even more and harder then ever before and am fine. No new pains or more and I am still able to box to stay in shape. Pain has been the same since the last post with days here and there but it seems my mind is still veering off to a structural problem even though I thought I had gotten over it. Iam still concerned that I didnt feel pain on any of the areas sarno pressed on only certain parts of my chest were tender. Should this be a worry for me? He did tell me my pain patterns didnt make sense and I get them at the wrong times. Who knows I did have bad acne as the rib pains were getting better and that went away on the vacation. I now have this wierd tms neck pain on the left side of my neck and the rib pain seems to be bad today. I dunno but that was my question Iam still going to go to the gym today and get on with everything. Thanks for the input guys.!
