| I mentioned before how my psychiatrist prescribed an antianxiety medication called Vistaril. Well, I've been on it a week. I take it every six hours and it's been such a blessing! Even though I take a combination of Wellbutrin and Lexapro, neither ever made a dent in my anxiety. While this medication hasn't worked miracles, it has dampened my anxiety enough so that I really can ignore the symptoms and do the work I need to do. So I just wanted to say, if you feel like you might need a little chemical assistance, you should not feel any shame whatsoever. Sometimes, it's quite necessary in order to get where you need to be. |
