Hi everyone

The further I am reading on TMS , the further I am understanding that moving symtoms can be interpreted as good news to the TMS sufferer because it means that the fight against your uncounscious is sarting to bother your brain.

However, My TMS seems stucked in one single area, the left side of the neck . the pain does not usually move to another area of my body. Well, I do experience often some shifting in the pain but it is usually in the same area (shifting from upper neck to lower neck, from the back of the neck to the front of the neck. Always on the left side of the neck).

To be honest, I have a hard time to relate these micromovement of symtoms to what I usually read on the forum (people talking about having pain in the buttock one day and in the wrist another day and in the foot another day.

I would be very interested to hear some similar experiences from you guys. Has anyone experienced a similar phenomenon in their TMS recovery. Did you interpret these microshift as a sign that you were being on the right path ? Was it the begining of a decrease in your pain ?

thanx a lot

Pat.

To be honest I interpret the fact that you use the word "microshift" as evidence that you are paying way too much attention to your symptoms

Dave,

Thanx for your interesting answer. It is very possible indeed !

However, this shift is real even if in the same area and I feel it the same way other people feel their own pain shifting...

Paying too much attention ? maybe. Ill think on that one
