about 4 weeks ago my friend sprained her thumb. the swelling and pain seemed to have subsided until she went to Florida to be with her dying father and sick mother. she doesn't believe in TMS but has had many numerous injuries and frequent colds, etc. she has the personaluty related to TMS. she is beside herself with her parents who are in a nursing home. could the reoccurrence of the swelling be a from of TMS?
