Hi all.
Has anyone had their symptoms return after telling someone about Sarno's book? My symptoms fluctuate anyway so I'm not sure if this is just coincidental. - Nor |

| I always found when I was trying to tell someone about Sarno and how he helped me, my symptoms seemed to get worse. |

| Most likley people look at you when you are explaining Dr. Sarno's ideas like you are some kind of crackpot. Their eyes glaze over and they want to either change the topic or tell you that you need to go to a doctor or "back" specialist. The overwhelming level of skepticism towards TMS theory, given they way we have been taught about physical symptoms, can making educating others a daunting task and it may actually cause you internally doubt it also. When these doubts creep back in so does the TMS. |

Any doubt reflected back at you might be a problem since their doubt threatens your self image.
Best just to ask a lot of questions and pick and choose those who are "ready" to give the TMS diagnosis a valid chance. Its very hard for anyone to get their head around it on first introduction.
The mainstream medical community has done a complete and thorough job of promoting their cause and spreading their disinformation throughout North America. This is big, Big, BIG, (did I mention B-I-G) business. We're talking billions of dollars here.
200 years ago there was no TMS epidemic.
200 years from now your entire home will be run on cheap, clean, solar energy, Sarno will be in the history books, and TMS will have been erradicated.

| I think it is even easy to explain. When you are sharing the information with the people, when you are advising them to acknowledge with the theory, your unconscious mind is trying diminish your assurance. It is afraid because you are so convinced in new method that you are telling about this to the others. It thinks: “I will do something to make you not so sure about this”. Remember it has been already playing with you for a long time. |
