My name is jena and I am a 20 year old female suffering from low back pain that includes severe painful muscle spasms in my buttocks that control my life and down the leg pain which is in both legs. I am tired of people telling me i am to young to have this and blah blah i joined this forum to talk to people who hopefully can understand me and help me and hopefully i can do that same. I am now afraid to do many things like work, sit long, and most of all run. My neurologist told me that my bulging disk has healed and should not be causing any pain at all so i was starting to get worried on to why i was feeling this then? I actually read healing back pain by dr sarno and i understand it but i cant just heal myself by reading the book so i called him. He called me back within 5 minutes and explained that he feels thats what I have and i need to read his second book which i also have but have not gotten a chance to read it yet. He told me to not just read it but to study it. I feel that i need support and to talk to people that can understand what i am feeling adn going through because i am very afraid of this pain. i am a fighter and i will never give up until i am completely pain free! if you need to talk email me misticalyunique@aol.com. i am not to sure on how to check if people wrote me back on this forum thing so just in case email i woulld be very happy to hear from someone! Thank you for listening.

Fred Amir talks about his various symptoms, which are similar to yours, in his book "Rapid Recovery from Back and Neck Pain." Well with reading, and he is a Sarno devotee.
