How'd you find out about your bulging disk?
Well I have several bulging and a herniated disc and I pretty much do what I did before. Its pretty normal for people to have buging discs and not even know it. I just don't worry about it although I have a stiff neck and achy back at times. When I first found out I was scared to move, but then I think I was making it worst, dwelling on it and moving in abnormal ways .
Only you can make a decision about what to do, but most people do have bulges. |

Hi anx,
Sure, you should resume all regular activity, just like Dr. Sarno says in his books.
Also, take a look at this...

Yes, do whatever you used to do but you have to do some reconditioning of your brain's thinking first, so I'd suggest read the books and follow the suggestions and then if you are in pain, slowly get back to the activity step by step until you are there 100%. It worked for me and many others. |
