hm, my latest worry is that all this foot pain is due to my weight gain over the past year. 20 lbs. I'm wondering if this factor contributes at all.

LOL. what a quick and definitive response! Great, now I don't have to go on a diet.

on another note, I'm pretty sure weight gain is a tms equivalent. an age old one as people distract themselves from psychological pain with food.
