Have you tried these? Are they any good? I am currently giving meditation a run to see if I can't get my very angry inner child to just chill out!

The CD is not just about meditation but teaches you how to focus on your emotions and speaking to your inner child and inner parent. The three principles are acknowledgement, acceptance, and letting it go (ie, not allowing these emotions to affect you physically. It is a form of self-talk which helps you think your way out of the TMS loop. And, as Dr. Sarno says, we have to think our way out of TMS. The work book is also helpful even if you are already journaling as it will help you focus more on areas that are important. I do recommend the package. I just got started on it myself.
