I've been reading some posts that mention remote sessions with TMS docs (here's one: http://www.tmshelp.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9847) and was wondering how these work and how effective they are.

It seems that without a physical exam that this would be hard to do, might miss a physical medical problem, and would be much tougher to be convincing to the patient.

Does anyone have experience with doing one of these?
