Where has Monte been. I have not heard nor seen anything of him in over 5 years.

Good timing! I recently picked up his book I started reading years ago and never finished. I've got two more pages left and, as with all TMS books, it's well worth reading, especially if you're subconscious is still fighting the TMS "cure". He's a marathon runner, so if you're a runner, his message may be more convincing to you. GOOD STUFF!
