You folks ever get muscle spasms with your TMS? I've been gettin em more frequently as I've increased my "workload".

Thanks!

My spasms haven't been painful as they are uncontrolled fluttering. This is a new development after a year and a half of TMS. Anyone experience this?

Yes, on several occasions over the years, most notably when I have been extremely anxious.

Yes, spasms in many different areas of the left leg and left buttocks.

Yes!

I would think "throwing your back out" qualifies. Had two last year, very painful, but (knock, knock) it's been over a year since the last one!

Yup! I did get spasms in my buttocks (sciatica) and in the crook between my neck and shoulder. Ouch!
Lark.
