I'm sure this has been written about before, but I wish to share this with all of us. In the last 2 days, I lost patience with 2 separate students of mine and told them so really aggressively. My TMS pain in the ankle absolutely disappeared both times. I like that! Proves to me that my TMS is in the mind. Anyone have the same happen?

Michael B, that's great! Just shows you're on the right lines!

But Mr Carnegie - I'm a girl, and I'd rather chop that wood that scrub a floor!

Thats awesome michealb-man youve really come a long way-thank you for hangin in there and with the wait youve come across a Gem-i havent really thought about expressing my anger so i can get tension re-lease or for that matter a full healing-im going to try and tackle the heavy bag with some aggressive pounding -this is how i used to release tension all the time-i would just beat the hell out of the heavy bag-with out your in-sight i wouldnt have even considered this-maybe thats the reason i totally healed in 2000-ill have to see -thanks so much my friend-wish you the best in what your dealing with tho-i do supose it can be stressful too in the long run-but then a good speed walk to let off the steam has never hurt....i remember reading how not to worry by carnigie and he said if you ever get stressed for the guys to go and chop wood -for the girls to take a tooth brushe and scrubb the floor -if it releases tension-then its a cure right-thanks again michealb
