Posted - 08/04/2012 : 20:42:13 Amazing most symptoms are slowly leaving but my symptom of fatigue is hanging tough with me. I do a little work out or physical and bang I get tired. Sleeping is good. I can fall asleep almost any time of the day. I usually get 8 hours plus every night of sleep. Trying to figure out how to dump the fatigue. I'm open to any suggestions. In the mean time, I shall work on the other 20% plus working on elimination the fatigue. |

Posted - 08/08/2012 : 19:22:33 Thanks a whole bunch Bugbear. I am sooooo close to finish this. Fatigue gets in the way, but it eventually goes away. I'm glad someone out there understands. I will take the advice and get up and do what is necessary to keep things going. And when I am completely cured, I will continue to add what I can to help others. Thanks again. |

Posted - 08/08/2012 : 01:47:14 I too suffer from fatigue now and again. At one point I was trying to start an exercise regime by taking long walks. Within a few days I was hit by the worst fatigue and like you I could have fallen asleep at any point in the day. Looking back I recognise that this was an example of self-sabatoge, the inner critic saying I was hopeless, I would never get fit so may as well just lie down and let life wash over me, be the victim. I now react in a different way as a means of sending a message to the inner critic. If I feel exhausted, I will get up regardless and busy myself with some task. It doesn't matter what, just something other than sitting or lying down. After a while the fatigue passes and I feel fine. |
