I am very new to learning about TMS. But in 2010 I think back starting training for a marathon, and my plantar fasciitis resolved the more I ran. Then I slacked after the marathon. Experienced some emotional abuse I had no idea a the time how to handle. So the pain Became so bad in my hip I could hardly walk. Sought all help medically possible, aside from surgery. But lastly went to a neurosurgeon for an opinion. Expecting to get. The" you need surgery" speech. He instead said there is nothing wrong with your spine?!? ? So this solidified TMS for me!

Pain has resolved! Now to get back into running!!!!!!!!! I went once but had twinges of pain. I have to conquer my fear of pain and keep trying!!! Pray for me!!!
