I got rid of my RSI. DONE! Went from full pain to complete control of symptoms in two days. Fantastic. I can control the pain if it comes back. I just allow myself to get really angry, and it stops.
I'm back to playing cello full time again (after 2 years of nightmare)

I should clarify that I read "the mind body prescription"
it even had a section about RSI, which also surprisingly had an example of a cellist!!!! |
