I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction, for which I received physical therapy, which did not help. I have OCD, and I think it played a role in creating the pelvic floor tension. I am confused as to where to go now. Can pelvic floor pain be treated as TMS, and how do people recover?

If you put in "pelvic floor pain" into the "Search" tab above you will get three pages of threads on it. Sorry I can't help with that TMS symptom since I've never experienced it myself, I'm a hippy.

Hi JR - I have not had the symptoms you have, but was thinking today how doctors made my pain symptoms worse by showing me x rays of my scoliosis and compressed discs. My spine looks a bit pretzel like, and seems like it should hurt, but it doesn't anymore (for a long time). Just makes me wonder some times if a diagnosis makes symptoms worse.
