Posted - 09/05/2014 : 07:36:19 Hi,
Has you might know I'm having a relapse. It's realy been difficult to overcome pain and fear. I read somewhere that chronic pain might be a kind of autoimune disease. Has I'm almost positive, that autoimune diseases are psycossomatic, I was looking for new books to read in English. Unforunatelly I read the Divide Mind, and not many more about mindbody connection.
Can you please advised me on a few? A kind of "life changing books"? I need to occupy my mind with positive thoughts.
Thank you very much,
Filipe |

Posted - 09/06/2014 : 12:33:09 At some point, you need to stop reading books. You are going from one distraction to the next. In addition, there are contradictions between those books so you will get stuck on that. More distraction. Spend that time on your emotions. Do the work. |

Like anything else you need to learn, it takes discipline, repetition, and time to reach your goal. You might enjoy reading more books, but to gain relief you need to work the plan. |
