You can order Dr. Sarno's video lecture online at: www.healingbackpain.com

He says everything in this this video that he says in all of his lectures.

The video does not tell you anything that is not in the books. However, having a visual presentation is more helpful for some people. I thought the video was well done and useful.

I also purchased Dr. Scott Brady's videos and found them helpful as well. My reason for purchasing both of these video sets was not for my own benefit, (because reading TDM really told me everything I needed to know) but for the purpose of sharing this paradigm with others who are not so inclined to read a book.

By the way, if you have high speed internet you can view an abbreviated version of Dr. Brady's video online. And, you probably already saw that you can view segments of Dr. Sarno's video on his web site. Links are in the web site below if you have not found them yet.

Is the Sarno DVD available online worth the price? Has anyone found a value to them that exceeds that obtained from his books? I have the Schechter DVD and while it was interesting, I felt a bit "ripped off' given its length and it was much less money than the Sarno DVD.
Anyone plunk down the money for it?

The DVD's are the same price as what the VHS tapes are currently going for. But you get the tapes now, watch them if ya still have a VCR, the stick them on ebay, sell them for about $70. Then you end up paying $30 for the DVD's.

What's the big deal with that? You are still paying too much for a tape that you will not even need after you get the dvds!

I mean, are the dvds going to cost even more than the tape? If so then it is a worthwhile deal. If not, it just goes to show that even they do not want to be stuck with the tapes!

So - the tapes will be available as a DVD? That is fantastic. I got the Dr Schechter tape which I found totally informative and unhelpful. Although I am sure he is a great guy and has helped many - his tape did nothing for me. I really liked the idea of hearing other people's progress.
I am going through a bad sciatic flare up - has been around now for 5 days - ever since I got engaged. I must have a lot of fear or something.

Give us a break, doc! With shipping, it works out to $131.19 Canadian dollars (plus duty, tax and miscellaneous government extortion fees).

And they're video TAPES - not DVDs. Bummer! 1980s technology.

Ouch! I feel a back spasm coming on.

I would love to have a copy of the video. The last time i saw his lecture was at least 15 years...or more...ago. It just costs so much!

I haven't been in pain for a very long time, but I just feel it might be comforting to have it around. I keep a bunch of his books around...even though i rarely read them. i just feel good knowing they are there!

Guess i will have to save up!
Sandy
