They don't call it TMS, but this is the TMS cure 100%.

The symptom is TMS. The "boot camp" idea is interesting in that it encourages resumption of physical activity, but is counterproductive in that it is "designed ... to increase the strength and flexibility of the back."

The most important part of the article is the last sentence, which really says it all:

And the pain? Most of the time, she says, she blocks it out and moves on.

Too bad the author doesn't give credit where credit is due. I note, however, that a few of the commenters do.
