I have been reading sarno's books since 2009 but I guess it is hard for me to do the so called homework, maybe unconciously I don't want to do it, I end up playing with my Ipad all damn night instead of journaling etc, any tips or hints or experiences to share that would be helpful

If I don't want to do something I have a reason. Might not be a great reason but, on some level, it makes sense. Talk to that part of you about what it is trying to do for you. See if you can work something out.
