Is the pain after a armwrestling match structural or it's also tms?
I'm talking about the pain (in the shoulders/elbows/biceps) which stays 1-2 weeks or more.

My two cents, I am not medically trained.
In arm wrestling you push your muscles to the max. Your body needs some time to repair any damage done. I wouldn't be surprised if the duration of pain, which is a signal to take it easy for a while, is longer than necessary when TMS is your issue. I think pain should normally subside in a matter of 3-4 days, not 1 to 2 weeks or longer..
