9:00pm - 10:00pm ET

Last week, the call-in discussion group talked about chapters 16 & 17 of Steve Ozanich's The Great Pain Deception, which focused on how personality is an important factor in TMS and in our overall health. But what are the personality types that encompass these personality traits? This week, we will be reading and discussing Chapter 18 (Personality Types) in The Great Pain Deception to gain a better understanding of the different personality types and their various influences on TMS. The discussion group will also be looking at Chapter 19 (Separation and Rage) to begin looking at the various ways we can feel (or are) abandoned, and the anger or rage that can come from that separation or abandonment. Phone lines will open half an hour early so you can talk to hosts and early callers. Click here for connection details.

Click here for a summary and discussion of this chapter.

Click here for more information about the call-in discussion group, and to listen to all past recorded discussions.

If you haven't tried the chat, you might really like it. I've been many times and got into some helpful discussions (and some fun ones, too).

I can't make the chat tomorrow but I'll be on the Parts Therapy / IFS Call In which is also for us TMS-ers. More info here:

Currently on about IFS (Internal Family Systems). More info here: http://personal-growth-programs.com/learn-about-ifs/introduction-to-internal-family-systems-therapy/
