Well, after I was able to get rid of groin pain and reduce tmj, sure enough the anxiety and tight chest feeling is back. Its hard to find a trigger point for these symptoms because I tend to focus most of my attention on the fear of the symptom itself. (I know that's the brain's plan).

I guess its time to pull out some Claire Weekes audio. Geez, I'm tired of dealing with symptom after symptom. I'd like to nip these underlying symptoms in the bud.
