This is a rundown of some instances we can see everyday about the power of the mind and the close relationship that exists between the mind and the physical body.

Even at a very conscious level it is easy to demonstrate and point out the connection-

How easy is it for some people to blush - just from an embarrassing thought.

I have no need to explain what I mean if I say that youngsters (and maybe the not so young) can have very physical bodily responses when they see or think about someone that they might be attracted to.

How many people -( ourselves included)- have we seen who shake and quiver from fear before going on to speak publicly?

Certain music can bring thoughts and physical tears as we listen - and there is a high chance that the same is true for you.
