Hi everyone,

During the last 6 months I have read some great things on the mechanism of TMS/MBS and how to break it. For example, Ace's list is still my personal favourite.

However, an old wise Chinese man or woman once said: a painting is worth a thousand words.

What I am looking for is a drawing, diagram, cartoon, illustration or whatever that catches the core and can act as a reminder you can hang on the door of your bathroom. It might even be a short story of a tree deprived of water or a cat stroked in the wrong direction if you catch my drift, as mentioning the title or main character might be enough to be instantly remembered of what you need to work on.

So, if you know of such an example or if you feel you can create such a thing, please post it here.

RSR, bless your sweet heart. Life here has also been somewhat challenging so I deeply empathise, send healing thoughts by the bucketload, and wish that something lovely your way comes.

Glad you like the fb pic. Credit where it's due, Forest and Becca crafted and surprised me with it recently. They are such kind-hearted people.

Lovin' the sheep too.

Look after you. X

A hard week (was it a violent and unexpected migraine? or stomach flu? that I am still recovering from)...

loved your pic (on the FB page) and I definitely agree w/ gigalos that the sheep definitely deserves some credit! hehehe.

Hey you,

Great idea. Shawn sent me this back in the Spring and it may just be perfect for your needs.

hi gigalos,

The following (from Rachel's RSI homage to Dr. John Sarno page @ http://podolsky.everybody.org/rsi/ ) came to mind as I used it a lot when I first heard about TMS:

You already got your life back.
You can do WHATEVER you want.
ANYTHING.
The only thing left to do is to get rid of the discomfort.
And that can take as long as it needs to.
Don't stress about it.

More recently, WavySoul's:

• Love is the answer. •

I also really like Ace1's:

• You can't fix a strain with another strain. •

Very interested in what other responses you get !
