Another quick question. If the principle of TMS is that the brain keeps the body from delivering O2 to the back ergo the pain, I have an ND that has been giving me 03 and even 08, 100+ ccs directly into my blood weekly and I have my own 03 medical grade generator at home, the gear to infuse water, ears, even a collapsible sauna that I can get in and pump the 03 into the sauna. For a year now I have been doing that putting the 03 attachment directly on my back so when the pores open up from the sauna the 03 is sucked right into my back area. Does this sound like a logical course of action to continue doing while working on the TMS principles. It is just oxygen after all, not so much chiropractic work or active work on the spine. I should be flooded with oxygen from this stand point and it should help no? Anyone try this avenue in addition to the protocols?

NO, your TMS back pain is excruciatingly REAL--but harmless--benign. It's caused by your subconscious, and fixable by gaining TMS 'KNOWLEDGE PENICILLIN'.

You are the classic TMS person. You want to fix this yourself and you want a pattern of points 1 2 and 3. In other words do 1 then do 2 and now do 3 and you will be fixed. Unfortunately this illness does not work that way. In fact that is the mindset that has gotten you into the place where you are at. To really be comforted by this illness you have to except it. You have to quiet the mind of all its negative thoughts and you have to learn to sit in the moment as much as you can and enjoy life no matter what. You have to ignore the pain and except that there is nothing wrong with yourself and that this is the minds way of trying to control the conscious part of yourself.
TMS will lead you to more pain more research more forums more doctors more shrinks to study what could be wrong with you. There is something wrong, but in my opinion it has very little to do with the past and more to do with how you handle everyday stressors. Monte Hueftle's program "The Master Practice" is very good and so is a book called "The Untethered Soul" by Michael A. Singer.
If I was you I would start there:

I would be curious if someone was able to give an example of a life event that they had, explain it a little and just how they managed to put it to bed in their brain so that it did not come back to haunt them.

If you keep repeating in your mind, it is ok, it is over, I accept the outcome, it does not bother me or it obviously DOES still bother me but I am ok with it and I accept it. Or if I was to start writing it down saying the same thing, is that the idea? Keep bashing away with even possible issue that I think I could have and keep thinking about how they are ok now and writing about how I am at peace with it etc until I notice the back getting better?

It is a bit of a catch 22. If the brain is extremely good at pushing and repressing pain and issues you have then how the heck do you know you have them! If you go though and take a mental inventory of the things you know were stressful to you and I can make up a few examples, the question then is ok you acknoelwdge you had a problem back in teh day that the brain managed to hide and the back pain is the response but what do you do to elinate that issue from the subconscious?

OK so let's say I had a stressful year with selling a house. It was a real cauldron of stress but I managed to keep it under control. Now that it is over, it is said and done. Thinking about it and reliving it is just going to cause more stress isn't it?

Personally I had a falling out with a good friend. I resented him for that and there was money involved and 30 years of friendship down the drain. WE don't talk anymore, communicate at all as he is I guess embarrassed he stuck me with the short end of the stick. It sucks for sure but it does not keep me up at night anymore. I have been saying in my mind when I go to bed, I completely forgive him for what he did, I know my brain is holding that inside and it is causing my back pain, my back pain is not real, I am ok with the situation and saying that sort of thing over and over.

Is that the sort of thing Dr Sarno means when he tells you to think about the stressors and bring them to the conscious?

I went through the list and my score was 272. Medium issues I guess it said.

As I see it, this oxygen deprivation is a theory. Whatever mechanism the mind uses, I agree with Tom, it won't give you lasting relief to try shortcuts. I found this to be the case with triggerpoint release. Sometimes it worked wonders, sometimes it made it worse but it never had a lasting relief.

If you ask me personally, stop this ozone thing you are doing and focus on the mind. Good luck

It may give you some temporary symptomatic or placebo relief but TMS symptoms, whether psychogenic or affective won't go away until you look at the underlying emotional issues they are distracting you from.

Have you found your emotional issues in the Rahe/Holmes list yet?
