Thanks to the folks who've responded to my posts and to everyone for the collected wisdom here. I've been re-reading HBP and it's really helping. I can tell because my TMS, sneaky bugger, is moving around, up and down my leg, hip, back, it even tried nesting in my shoulder, chest and my ankle bone that I broke 10 years ago. It's on the run, trying to find a safe haven, but I am not having it! You can run, but you can't hide, TMS! I'm also breaking out in acne everywhere, more fun, but that's ok. I am very thankful for having found this forum...most people in my life either don't understand TMS or think it's hogwash. A big obstacle to accepting and believing in TMS for me was not having a supportive community. Now I have it. Thank you!!

Amen sister!

Most people, even well meaning ones, are so skeptical of this program that we are probably like .05% of the suffering population. After I read the book and got well,I only knew 1 person in the world who believed, and he was out of state/out of touch.

Even my Mom later told me that when I explained how I was getting better to her that she was worried that I was just off on some cult/lark kind of idea....she only STOPPED asking about my back this year and I've been better since '99!

The cool thing about this forum though ,is even when I came here painfree,I discovered like 5 other little maladies that were serving a similar purpose as TMS and now even THEY are toast!!(chronic respiratory crud, nausea, occasional panic attack, gland problems, bronchitis, digestive stuff)

This forum rules!

Good for you, sounds like you have the right idea. The more times you read the book(s) the more you will get out of it.There is a lot of information for the unconscious brain to relate to,as it takes time.Keep it on the run! Paul.
