Anyone ever have a sore butt right where the sitting bones are? Right side for me. Not only does it hurt, it also is exhausting. Just wish to know.

Most of us are still working on it, Michael. Your progress will be an inspiration for us as well.
Keep it up.

Thank you Chickenbone and Bryan,
These little extra helps do help. What the best part is the pain changes locations and that
is proof enough that it is TMS. .Still working on it. Again thanks.

Yes absolutely, whenever my TMS causes sciatic and butt and hip pain act up. I just laugh when this happens. Try this the next time it happens: Roll around hard on the hard object you are sitting on. Pretend you are rolling around on a hard rubber exercise ball. Really dig in and make it hurt. It will for a few seconds and then it will start to feel better, even good. Mentally absorb and move toward the pain as much as you can, really feeling it to the max and being curious about it. Notice any emotion it elicits.
A memory from long ago might even pop into your mind. Record all this in your journal later, noting how the physical sensation led to conscious awareness of feeling associated with it and even memories. This seems to work for me every time. The uncomfortable sensation will begin to feel like a release. The next time, the pain will be less or you may not notice it at all.

Yep. Pains in both sides and the middle. Hurt so bad I temporarily used a pad on my work chair.

Then, it vanished. Something else started.

It's anxiety.
