So, made a list of stuff that really bothered me and did not journal.

On Monday my pains were bad and I attributed it to working 16 hrs at a job I do not like. Lots of things about the area I work I associate with my dead father whom owned a business two blocks away.

Told myself the pain is bulls***t and it isn't concerning me.

Now my groin pains went away and I have allergys and dry eyes. Also feels like I am getting a cold but it waxes and wanes.

Didn't think I would need therapy again but if I am having many equivalents etc I might just have to bite the bullet and pay up.

So I am definitely thinking I must go back to therapy.

This morning I had pains for from my chest to my groin, then when those stopped I had obsessive thoughts about my ex girlfriend, my family, then when I woke up I saw a picture of my grandfather in the airforce and started crying uncontrollably.

My dog literally ran into the room I was in to see what was going on.

Now I am left with tailbone pain.

So is this a sign that the tms is on the run?

I think you are spot on, they're all equivalents. I guess you should try to work through it, just like with pain. Yes I am sad/depressed, but I won't let it stop me to do things I normally like to do. In depression the most important thing is to keep doing stuff, even when you don't feel joy at that moment. Doing things on a structural basis is the way to climb out of the well. Also it is just as important as with physical pain to keep analyzing what is really bothering you and to use affirmations. It might help to visit a psychologist to help you break a dam or two..

Thanks for the reply everyone.

So yesterday was basically a complete pain free day but something very interesting happened.

It was my sisters birthday and all day I had extreme amounts of OCD! It was ridiculous, I was looking for things and items I have not seen in years and that were no big deal to me before.

I was looking for a tshirt I have not worn in years lol. Tore my whole apartment apart looking for it.

Another thing that happened was I notice every morning at 6am I think about my ex girlfriend and get sad.

I know these are all equivalents so if I am feeling sad or depressed how do I treat that when I am feeling an emotion? Its mental and not a pain syndrome.

What do you all think?

I was told that I had epididymitis and went through 4 different batches of antibiotics with no relief. I was told my only other option was to get my epididymis surgically removed which would cut my chances of having kids in half. Only when I found out about Dr. Sarno's miracle treatment of TMS did I ever start to see results. Today, my groin pain is completely gone besides a few twinges or tingling feelings that don't last long.

I believe that most if not all forms of chronic epididymitis and prostatitis are TMS. Medical forums are loaded with chronic sufferers who have been in pain for as much as 10-20 years.

The thing that really convinces me is the fact that some patients have had their epididymis removed, and they are still in pain! Sometimes the pain has even completely shifted to the other side! Doctors say this has something to do with your nerves being over sensitive that area or something, but this just seems like an obvious form of TMS.

I have tried to spread the word on forums that I used to read through for hours looking for a cure. Most people don't listen, but I hope that I can at least help a few people that do.

I recently viewed the Mayo Clinic Web site to learn the cause of “groin pain”. Their list of causes was longer than the line for SS disability pensions. The causes included fibromyalgia and sciatica. Since the medical community doesn’t know the cause I suggest it is TMS.
