Interesting podcast -- he speaks slowly and the interviewer is annoying but aside from that he has good things to say here reflecting his experience that there is a continuum/interrelationship between psychogenic and physical pain and treatment. He (Craig Williamson) also has a book with a very physical sounding title (Muscular Retraining) but I now recall from reading it quite some time ago that there is a great deal in there about Dr. Sarno and psychogenic pain.
