Everyone,

My absolutely, positively favorite podcast in the entire world is 99% Invisible. The creator and host, Roman Mars, is just incredible. I am sure if you start listening to it, you will be hooked.

I really encourage you to listen to his latest episode (#75) "Secret Staircase". You can find it here:

http://99percentinvisible.org

In this episode he talks about the presence of public staircases all throughout San Francisco. But the reason I think you should listen to it (beyond it being a beautiful podcast) is that the individual who documents these secret staircases - without a doubt - has (had) TMS. He was facing yet another (his 3rd) back surgery and just refuse to do it. He just started walking and document these public staircase.

As roman Mars said in the episode, "and as he continued to walk, his back pain began to go away..."

It is a wonderful example of the amazing courage, strength and power every one of us possesses.

I hope you enjoy it!!

-Dr. Z

PS: I am not affiliated with 99% Invisible in any way, I am just a huge fan.
