It is a pretty sad article. Here is a person that is very self aware, knows well about fear, emotions, and catastrophic thinking (that are all concepts we discuss ad nauseum here). He would very quickly accept Sarno's ideas and get to the next level. Yet he is in a path of acceptance but does not realize that there is a possible next step.
